Terms of Use

Arc Labs LLC — Effective date: July 29, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the apps, games, and websites of Arc Labs LLC ("Arc Labs," "we," "us"), including Gridiron Coaching: Football GM (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you downloaded it.

Fictional Content

The App is a work of fiction. Teams, players, coaches, leagues, and events in the App are fictional. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the NCAA, any college or university, any athletic conference, or any real athlete or coach.

Purchases

The App offers optional one-time in-app purchases that unlock features (for example, removing ads or unlocking game modes). All purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their payment terms. Purchases unlock content within the App and have no cash value. Refunds are handled according to the policy of the store where you made the purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App; use cheats, automation, or exploits that interfere with the App or other users; or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

User-Imported Content

The App allows you to import your own custom content (such as custom team files). You are solely responsible for content you import, including ensuring you have the right to use it. We do not host, review, or endorse user-imported content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that saved game data will never be lost. Back up anything you care about.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arc Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This Privacy Policy describes how Arc Labs LLC ("Arc Labs," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our apps and games, including Gridiron Coaching: Football GM (the "App"), and our websites.

Information We Collect

Account information (optional). You can play the App without creating an account. If you choose to create one, we collect your email address to provide sign-in and cloud-save functionality.

Game data. Your game progress (careers, rosters, seasons, settings) is stored on your device. If you sign in, progress may also be synced to our servers so you can restore it on another device.

Crash and diagnostic data. If the App crashes or malfunctions, we collect technical diagnostic information (such as device model, operating system version, and error details) to identify and fix problems. We use Sentry for this purpose.

Advertising identifier. The App shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier and related information to serve and measure ads. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.

Purchase information. In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive or store your payment card details. We receive only confirmation that a purchase was made so we can unlock the purchased content.

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your personal information.

• We do not collect precise location data.

• We do not collect contacts, photos, or messages.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following service providers, which process data as described above under their own privacy policies:

• Supabase (accounts and cloud saves) — supabase.com/privacy

• Google AdMob (advertising) — policies.google.com/privacy

• Sentry (crash reporting) — sentry.io/privacy

• Apple App Store / Google Play (purchases)

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account data and cloud saves are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below; we will complete the deletion within 30 days.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
